Flaken in a sauce was hot at 8 in the evening was left out till 8 this morning. The central was on at 71 degrees. The sauce got a white coating on top from the fat separating. It feelt room temperature. What would you do?

I'd use it. It's not chicken.

Neither would help. I'm sorry, it's frustrating, but it's 100% a food safety issue (not to mention kind of unappealing)

Definitely not. At that temp for 12 hours you could have all kinds of toxins that you wouldn't be able to see, smell or cook off with heat.

I would never use it.
If you choose to, please please do not serve it to anyone who is elderly, pregnant or immune compromised (like someone in my family).
There was once a similar situation and people who ate the meat got seriously ill with food poisoning.
