Hi, I'd love if anyone could help me rescue my soup. I took a carton of imagine vegetarian chicken broth and added carrots, zuchinni, yellow squash. (All peeled) cooked and blended it. Added some salt. Tasted it and it's perfect! But then there is a really bitter aftertaste a few seconds later. Is there a way to salvage this soup? I cannot have any sugar btw.. thanks in advance!

No sorry. My guess is the zuchinni was bitter ( happens sometimes). To avoid that I try to taste the raw zuchinni and make sure it's not bitter. Sorry! Sounds annoying

Try adding some parve milk.
Try with 1 cup of soup and add about 1/4 cup of parve milk and see if that helps.
