Is this even possible?
I saw a recipe for baked empanadas using almond flour
This got me thinking
Fried kibbeh made with ground flaxseed
Lahemageen (not sure how to spell) made with almond flour
I'm sure the lahemageen will come out good, but I was wondering if the flaxseed kibbeh will fall apart when fried.
Anyone ever tried frying something with flaxseed?

I'm thinking that flax would burn when fried being that it has so much of its own oils, but I haven't tried it.
The baked almond empanadas sound good!

Maybe forming the kibbehs giving them a good coconut oil spray and baking them?
You think they'll get crispy.
