My kids loved the falafel made from the osem falafel mix. With french fries on the side. It was really good.

Different versions of pizza, like pizza bagels, make your own dough etc.
Quiche with breadsticks or garlic bread.
Mushroom barley soup with calzones- yum!

Taco bar with rice and beans on the side and a good salad
You can either use chopped parve burger or ground sautéed mushrooms.
And all the fixings- cheese, guacamole, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, hard taco shells, or with tortilla chips.

Parve cheese burger in bun, lettuce, tomato, pickle, etc. with French fries.

Menjedra- rice and lentils- served with yogurt and cucumber.

Breakfast for dinner- omletes, pancakes, cereal and milk, grilled cheese, toast, etc.

A pizza bubble ring. It's different than the regular pizza.
It's not complicated, just need a bit a prep time (you can buy the dough).
It's delicious and kids and adults love I.

Veggie curries, try using marinated tempeh instead of animal protein or frozen defrosted firm tofu, for a chewy texture. Salad bars, taco bars (vegetarian), pakoras made with fresh shredded veggies. Tabouleh with a nice caprese salad. It's fresh vegetable season, take advantage of it. If you live OOT shop at farm stands or if in town sample the wares at the many farmers markets in NYC.
