I'm not feeling well today-nauseous and dizzy
Any ideas of what to be eating today to help with fast?

It sounds like dehydration. You need to rehydrate today especially because you won't be drinking tomorrow.
Water, watermelon, gatorade, tylenol.
Maybe pick up kal tzom tablets too.

Drink a lot of water all day, not only right before the fast. For best retention, you want to squeeze in some lemon into the water.
Avoid caffeine, white sugar, and white flour.
