Where can I find a good twin sized mattress for someone that has back pain that isn't crazy expensive? Also where to find a bed frame & box spring at a good price?

You'll get the most for your money and they'll know how to guide you based on budget and needs. If you can wait watch out for their advertised sales. If not ask them if they have any specials.
