Melon and leftover vegetable soup. There are bagels that can be made into tuna melts. All about quick and easy, and no cooking!

Food? Who needs food?
I'm so shaky and horrible I'll probably just have a drink and into bed.... A couple of nuts too if I'm lucky. I hope everyone else in this house will sort themselves out as I ain't cooking anything.

You can skip it.
You can also put in chopped celery or green peas or really any other vegetable that you like.

Bread spread with tuna, sprinkle cheese on top and toast in the toaster oven.

French omelettes, leafy salad, baguettes, Gatorade.
The omelettes take me 3 minutes to make fresh.
I'm thinking of putting up split pea soup too, no sauteeing required.

Scones, pizza. Salmon for me. If anyone wants there is the healthy lentil soup I made yesterday that no one touched. Also aubergine parm that hardly anyone ate.

If you're shaky and horrible, you need food. Getting into bed without eating may be setting you up to be really sick. Eat something.
