Can anyone put forth suggestions for a dairy sheva brachos? We'd like fish for the main course so I'd love suggestions for an appetizer, sides for the fish, a fish idea, as well as what to serve by the place settings for when the guests arrive.
Thanks so much!

Most delicious salmon
2 cloves of frozen garlic
6 tablespoons of light olive oil
1 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of fresh parsley
About 4 pieces of salmon
Mix marinade ingredients together. Marinate salmon in marinade in a Ziploc bag for 1 hour.
Preheat oven to 375
Bake until ready but not overcooked. This re-warms very nicely,
Serve on a bed of couscous/ or rice with slivered almonds recipe

I would do fruit soup, and have that out when guests arrive, can alternate mango, strawberry, blueberry etc so it looks pretty or give every one a mini cup of each. Or you can start with a plate of salad - Caesar, Greek etc
Salmon- I have a maple glazed and a honey mustard recipe that are both great. I would serve with rice pilaf, roasted vegetables ( green beans, asparagus, mini peppers, whatever is in season) and , a big salad ( if you do green salad for the appetizer then do a cabbage or Israeli or health type salad) and maybe quiche or mini quiches or a cheese board.
Dessert can be anything dairy- you can do ice cream, Trader Joe's has ice cream stuffed Oreos that are delicious, you can have cheesecake or pies or a few types of cookies and a fruit platter and tea.
