I am travelling and I am taking cooked food with me How do I keep fried Schnitzel fresh and crispy how do I pack it. Do I pack it in a container with bounties?
Please advise asap:)

Yes bounties are kitchen paper towels
And please pray for my 2 hours frying schnitzels doesn't become soggy.

They need to cool down first and then refrigerate or even freeze before you wrap them in kitchen paper.

Reheat it in the oven. The microwave will take away the crisp.
