any suggestion for wording a response card for a bar mitzvah?
This is going to the out of town guests, and I want to make sure that the following is clear:
1) They are invited for all the shabbos seudos
2) We are taking it upon ourselves to make sleeping arrangements
3) They are welcome to bring kids, if applicable
(I recently received an invitation to a bar mitzvah in another city, and it was kind of strange. It wasn't clear if we were invited to the seudas or not, and there was no mention of finding us housing... We felt awkward calling up the baalei simcha and asking.....)

Normally that information doesn't go on response card - there is a special insert to the invitation for out of town guests that details that extra information.
Regarding 'the kids' usually if kids are invited, the invitation is addressed to Reb & Mrs... and family.
Can't help with wording.

thank you for clarifying. I didn't mean response card. I meant the insert.

We are so delighted to have you and your children join us for Shabbat. Please RSVP so we can make appropriate housing arrangements and have a head count for all the meals. Looking forward to sharing our simcha with family and friends.
