I go swimming with my 1.5 year old quite often, and she feels very comfortable in the the water. She likes to jump and fall getting her face in the water which makes me incredibly nervous. What is the best floatation device to use for her? She doesn't like the boats with holes for her legs because they restrict her movement too much. I want her to enjoy the water without worrying about her swallowing half of the pool.

Thanks. We actually have one but I think it's still too big for her... Maybe I'll try it again this week

The puddle jumper is not inflatable, the material is same as a life vest. The strap is adjustable. It's very safe and comfortable for kids.

We use that Speedo swim vest too. Can you teach her to blow bubbles in the water? That's the first step in teaching her to not inhale/ breathe underwater. She may be too young to understand but I think you could try...
