My child every so often makes in her bed. I have a mattress protector but still goes through. How do I clean the mattress so it shouldn't smell and take out the brown stains if possible?

get carpet cleaner, something like this https://www.amazon.com/409-Car.....70L8G
or if you are in america I heard that febreeze is very good as well.
It definitely gets the smells out.
Or Im sure you could also just use a baking soda and vinegar mixture as well.

Dab up as much moisture you can, then sprinkle with baking soda. Let it sit for awhile then vacuum it up. Spraying with vinegar or Febreeze will help the smell.

Thanks. Can I do with baking soda even if it's all dried up?

Brush it off, vacuum it... don't reuse it

for the future, buy a waterproof mattress protector. I bought for all my beds and they feel just as good as regular mattress covers.
