Does anyone have recipes that I can marinade/season roasts and chicken, raw, freeze, and defrost and cook later on.
Different ones,yummy
BUT
Can not have any added sugar or msg.
Only natural ingredients
TIA
BTW-I'm ok with using garlic, lemon, etc. on RH

I do this all the time for grilled chicken.
For standard yummy grilled chicken you can marinate in oil Salt pepper and garlic. Simple and delicious!
Not sure which of the other ones I use for weekday suppers you'd want for yt...
Fajitas
Shwarma
(Many of my recipes call for sugar or soy sauce type things)

I went to someone's home in NJ (I live in. FL) and had the most delicious roast.
She said all she did was bake it, because it came pre-marinated from the butcher.
This got me thinking that I should prep my meats before I freeze them.
This will also save me time

Question- I rinse my chicken from any bacteria after I defrost them.. do u do that? If yes , doesn't it wash off the marinade? If not, are u not worries abt the bacteria?
I want to pre marinate but I don't know a way around this. Thanks!

The current USDA recommendation is not to rinse chicken before cooking.

If you want to rinse, why don't you just rinse before you freeze? If you freeze and defrost your meat properly, that is.
Also, you can't just rinse of bacteria. If only it were that simple!

Sounds good, but has sugar.
Please something with no sugar added, natural sugar, like in real juice, ok
