Unhappy 8 year old!!!

Title says it all!!! My 8 year old dd is so often miserable. She wants everything to go her way. And it doesn't always work this way. I explained it to her so many times . Even when she's in a good mood

She let's say needs friends the entire day . Comes home from school and straight away wants to go play with friends and neighbours. I made a rule no friends on school days . Summer time she could play outside with the neighbours only after homework .
She goes swimming on Sundays and another after school activity another day of the week . Now she's begging me for another activity

Today she's tantrumming over her school shoes. She MUST get new shoes. I got her shoes about 6 weeks before the end of the school year. They still fit her perfectly. Money is totally no issue here bh. Personally I don't mind her getting new shoes but then I'm showing her that she could get whatever she wants

Oh and the amount she fights with her siblings (and she doesn't have too many ) .

Helping... yeah sometimes. When she's in the mood. My 13 year old jumps up when I ask to bring something to the shabbes table. She either ignores or says she's busy eating

Well she could be amazing. Helping out with the little ones. Helping with cleaning up.
But this only as long as I say yes to everything she wants .
The second I say no she turns in to a sour and miserable person

Ok this is just a vent cos she got me so nervous about the shoes issues ...

But seriously how can I help her ?
I already spoke to a therapist who told me it's the age and she will get over it
Then we found out she's being bullied in school by someone so we dealt with it with the school heads and social worker

She's really loved by her friends and gets invited over every single shabbes and Sunday... She even has a waiting list

Anyways I gotta rush cos she's having a haircut soon.
