I think we need more info before we advise her to give a full NO.
OP, you said she does tons of favors -what kind of favors and do you reciprocate enough in other ways? If you do, then great.
If not, I wouldn't go with a complete NO, but do something like the guest user idea that puts you back in control of your own WiFi but still let's you share it occasionally.

Good point. Good idea IF OP does feel she owes her favors re setting up some kind of guest account.
But I'd make it that she needs to call and ask every time, so that it doesn't slow down OP's work.
Alternatively, though it's a bit of a pain, I suppose you could alternate between two passwords, OP. One that's private for when you are working, and one which she can have for when you are not.
