Hi,
Posting for a friend who is looking for a helper during the week from approximately 4pm-7pm to help with baby/kids.
Or she is willing to share a part time babysitter with someone who will take the morning hours so she can have the late afternoon.

Try care.com. I just did a brief search using zip code 10952, and I selected by "language", Hebrew. If she's only looking for religious this won't help, but if she's ok with Jewish and somewhat affiliated, this is a good idea. (And of course there are plenty to choose from if This is a criteria she doesn't care about)

I don't think she cares if the person is Jewish or not so I'll have her set up a care.com account.
