Sure! 3-4 dashes sauce = 1/8 tsp cayenne. So, I'd say start with 1 or 1.5 tsp cayenne and adjust to taste.

Just add small dashes of cayenne at a time as you taste. I find cayenne to be hotter than hot sauce.

Okay thanks for your input! I'm one of those who likes E-X-A-C-T recipes though I guess I will try with 1.5 tsp (recipe actually calls for 1.5 Tbsp rather than 1) and see how it goes...

Unless you like your food fiery hot I wouldn't use a teaspoon of cayenne.

I don't know your tastes. Once the sauce is mixed, sprinkle cayenne, mix, dip in a clean spoon and taste. Keep adding and mixing with clean spoon to your taste.
