What are some names for babies that indicate acknowledgement that Hashem gave us this baby, he/she is perfect and wonderful, a huge miracle, and the best thing that ever happened to us? I'm especially interested in girls' names, because there are so many boys' names that don't really have a female equivalent (Yonatan, Netanel, Chananel, Matityahu, etc.) - the only one I can think of is Netanya, but I don't think that goes in chareidi communities. Can't use Bracha.

I know a Nesya
Also look at the people who had that name. Their actions may have more meaning than the name itself.

We named ours shoshana. Our beautiful rose that came after quite a few thorns but it also kept what we went through private. She is such a shoshana from her looks to her personality. Everything is a reason to see beauty for her.

We have a miracle baby. He's named after my husband's Zaidy, whom he loved and was very close to. I felt that our surprise little blessing should be named after a special individual, on a personal, sentimental level. But what ever you decide, will no doubt, be perfect. Smile Mazel Tov!!! I wish only the best for your family, and for this little miracle!

I assume if the baby was already born, OP would know its gender. Smile

I agree with this. We named our miraculous babys after my and DH's grandfathers, B"H B"H... They are so special to us because of what we went through and because we think of our grandpas every time we look at them, both of whom were very special people

OP favors girls names over boy names. Does that mean she's hoping for a girl?

I interpreted it that there are many options for boys but not many for girls so she needed help with ideas for girls.
