My food processor, which was fine last week, simply failed to turn on this week. So I'm looking for a recommendation.
Keep in mind:
(1) We're a relatively small household, so I don't need large capacity;
(2) I'm not a gourmet cook, so simple is best;
(3) I have a small kitchen, so I'd like something compact. The dearly departed processor had a small footprint and self-stored everything;
(4) Money is an object, the cheaper the better;
(5) Easy availability (online) would also be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

I love the one I got for Pesach, more than my 14 C professional Cuisinart! I find the design makes liquids stay in better, it's easy to clean, lightweight, has great cutting options.http://amzn.to/2xiMlxc
Pretty strong motor too. I had gotten a larger one with a french fry blade that stopped working after one use, and I saw other reviewers had the same issue, so I exchanged it for this, and don't find that I lost out at all.
