If you don't want leather bound but something plain and simple, look into snapfish or shutterfly....

What do you consider crazy expensive? I did the the Album99 at nations photo lab and was very happy with the results. The software for creating the layout is a little clumsy, but very doable. They offer upgrades for leather/thicker pages etc. I did the whole thing, saved it on the site, and waited for a promotion... Then I found another discount code online for another 20 off.
