I like to have a coffee twice a day- morning and lunch time. I leave for work at 5:00 a.m.
My coffee is made of fresh lemon juice , honey, and piping hot water. The typical thermos is made of stainless steel or aluminum and I really don't like the taste of my coffee after it's sat in the thermos. It tastes so much better when I'm home and drinking it out of my ceramic or corelle mug.
Is there a thermos that is made of a material that would not alter the taste of my "coffee" ?

Not a thermos but I do use glass water bottles, as long as you clean them regularly they have the least "taste" of any container. But they're heavier to tote around. And not insulated. If you like your coffee piping hot then you'd need access to hot water at work.

You need a thermos with a glass liner.
But you're not drinking coffee. You're drinking hot water with lemon. Why do you insist upon calling it coffee?
