I have a BA in Nutrition, but I'm not a registered dietitian. I'm thinking of starting a small consulting business on my own. I already have the nutrition background (although, I need to go back and study some things since I took a long break being a stay at home mom). I'm looking for recommendations for online health or nutrition coach (with courses and test). There are just so many out there and I'm not sure which one to go with before spending any money. I need a program that teaches nutrition (but more advanced, not for beginners) AND teaches how to be a consultant and basically helps you build your own business by the time you're done with the program. Any ideas?
