I made this cake several years ago and I lost the recipe.
I know it has oil and orange juice.
I would like to make it for my son's birthday.
Thanks

Yes I have it! I use it all the time. It's from and old Skokie Yeshiva cookbook.
1 c. oil, 1 c. orange juice, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, 2 c. sugar, 3 tsp. baking powder, 3 c. flour, 4 eggs.
Mix sugar and eggs. Slowly add oil then oj, vanilla, and baking powder. Add flour and bake.
Sometimes I reserve 1/3 of the batter. I melt chocolate chips, add to the reserved batter, then pour on top to make marble cake.

Thank you thank you. This is exactly the recipe I was looking for. All the ones that I found had margarine in them and it wasn't the same as this one.
