Chuck roast was on sale at my butcher so I bought one. I want to make a real tasty, tender roast. Any recipe ideas other than they typical pot roast with onions and garlic? Please post your recipe. My roast is about 4-5 lbs

This is a recent favorite from Seasons - I dump it all in the crock pot to cook. Smear oil and kosher salt over roast. Put it crockpot with sliced onions, carrot chunks, 1.5 cups pomegranate juice, 1 mini can of tomato paste and 2 T brown sugar. Cook until soft.
