New home
Need wall oven recommendation
I went to an appliance store in BP.
They recommended Bosch
Anyone here have it
Are you happy with the way it bakes, cooks, etc.
Can Sabbath Mode be set for 72 hrs.
How do you change temps on Sabbath Mode
In my current home I have a GE range that I absolutely hate
Every recipe NO MATTER WHAT takes double the time to cook.
It takes for ever to heat up
Then if I open it for a second to put the food inside it cools down so fast that I have to turn it off and start it again, and then it takes even longer to get it back to temp.
So, if something has to bake at 400, I have to preheat to. 500, so that when I go to put the food in it will be about 400, sometimes lower. Then I shut it off and put it back on to 400.
It's a real pain, and still things take too long to bake.
Made challahs last night recipe said to bake 40 min. 11/2 hrs later they were almost done.
Oops just noticed posted in the wrong place

I have the freestanding kitchenaid double oven, which has basically the same functionality as the double wall oven. I absolutely love it and recommend it.

We ordered the Bosch too. Maybe we both went to the same Brooklyn store.
It's highly rated and it's a good name.
We have an old Kitchenaid double oven that's given us nothing but trouble.
