My 6 yo son was diagnosed with OCD and autism. I'm looking for a therapist who is familiar with both. In Brooklyn.

I suffer from OCD
Definitely OT would help a lot.
Diet no sugar or milk or yogurt. Stay away from gluten or at least white flour.
OCD is an anxiety disorder. So it basically gets treated like anxiety.
Another factor Is he in a school that caters for his needs? Is he a teen already?
