Sometimes on Yom Tov morning, as an appetizer, I take the leftover chicken or meat from the night before and make a stir fry of vegetables and meat/chicken. My kids love it. I am planning on doing that tomorrow morning as well.
To make it a little more interesting, I was thinking of serving it in some kind of dough. I don't have time to patchka around too much, so I defrosted some malawach and would like to fry or bake it now so I can have it ready tomorrow to just put the stir-fry into. I'm not sure how to do that though. If I fry it in a pan, it will be flat and there will be no way to put the stir-fry into it. I want something a little more bowl shaped. Any suggestions how this can be done?
