I want to make yapchik for Shabbat Lunch"
Do I Prep and bake completely today and keep in the fridge.
Do I just prep and freeze raw
I want to use my food processor to prep potatoes.
It would be too much work for me to hand grate, BIG yapchik.

Bake & freeze till Friday afternoon then put frozen in oven till shabbos lunch.

Bake and put into fridge. Then id put it into oven again Friday b4 shabbat. The longer it bakes the better it is.
