I need some tips on coping.
I work full time, my 4 mo is up most of the night. DH and I split getting up with him and that still results in almost no sleep for either of us. We are both getting depressed and anxious from lack of sleep.

You probably need to consider some kind of sleep training method at this point. If this is your first child it's likely there are some bad habits/sleep associations that will need fixing.

Cry it out. It will take less than one week. Your baby will learn to fall asleep on its own. After that, you still need to feed him, but you can work on eliminating the feeds one ounce at a time (replace during daytime hours) and you will be soooooo happy you did it.
