I'd love to hear. Could be as simple as "I cut my baby's nails for the first time" or something harder like "I went to do kiruv in a foreign country without knowing the language" or anything else.

(Ok, so those were mine. Your turn.)

Broadened my area of expertise in my line of work. Went to school for it. And am now accepting bookings in that area even if I'm super nervous and it's way out of my comfort zone.
I know that with time it'll join my comfort zone.

Sure! That's a big move. But look, you survived to tell the tale. Smile

Became FTB in a lite MO community where I was basically alone as a not lite MO.
Married Yekke Wink
Moved to a big town
Had a large family after the war etc, which wasn't really done in my family since the war.
BH I did all this very happily and wilingly.

Anon because ppl know about this IRL.
I had both my estranged father, my mother and her second husband (whom I don't like) along with all my sibs sit around our Shabbos table in my dining room in honor of my son's Bar Mitzvah. It was the first time my father met my step father. People were shocked that I did this but it was so worth it. We all got along well and it was a beautiful simcha.

If you did it happily and willingly then it's not out of your comfort zone...

She willingly went out of her comfort zone. That made sense, not sure what you didn’t get. I have done many things willingly that were really far out of my comfort zone!! It’s part of life!

I know this sounds so clichéd but giving birth 3 times was major for me! I have a very low pain threshold yet somehow managed without pain relief each time. Anything else I have done pales into insignificance.

These are huge. My ex aunt came to my uncle's wedding (her ex bil) shortly after her divorce. And it was a flight away.

They also had both sides together by a bar mitzvah after the divorce and my ex aunt wished her husband's new wife "Mazel Tov" and spoke to her very nicely and welcoming.

I have to say I was very impressed.

Moved to another continent when I was 27 weeks pregnant with our second child. I knew nobody in the new place.
I still wonder how I had the guts to do it
