I've recently fractured my wrist and haven't been able to cook much.
my daughter has Celiac and there are hardly any kosher food markets where we live.
if anyone would be kind enough to send some non-perishable gluten free baked goods even if store bought or point in the direction where I can buy online, would be greatful

I live in brooklyn where there is a wealth of gluten free products. If you go online to any of the Kosher supermarkets and find something you like I can ship it to you.
I believe gourmet glatt, pomegranate, seasons, the marketplace all have websites.

Have you tried the non-kosher food markets? Sometimes the more natural type stores have a lot of gluten-free products, some of which just happen to be kosher. I hope you heal quickly--broken wrists are no fun!

the only store we have that carries gluten free kosher baked goods if any is whole foods and it is outside of our budget
for us an $8 loaf of bread is too much

I have no idea where you're located, but the store Aldi which has many locations in the US has a fantastic selection of gluten free products and very, very well priced. Many items are parve. They have pretzels, pastas, granola bars, and I think I've also seen breads too. Hatzlacha and feel good!!

Here's an option that can be delivered to your door. It comes out to a little over $6 a day and you have food for a month.

https://www.amazon.com/Day-Pre.....+food

or this - 6 loaves of bread shipped to your house to keep on the freezer as you need.

https://www.amazon.com/Katz-Gl.....bread

these powdered donuts look good...

(I never tried any of the above, just trying to help)

You can look up theglutenfreeshoppe.com
They have a large selection. If the prices are not low enough you can see which items interest you and see if they sell it in local stores or on Amazon etc. There is a tremendous market out there. Much larger if you eat OU and don't require other hashgacha. Even larger if you eat OU-D.
Shop rite has it's own brand name gluten free products that are competitively priced. Most challos and bread are frozen but call the gluten free shoppe and see how they can mail it to you. If you would like I can inquire for you

Refuah shelaima!
