I was asked to make lunch for someone.
I am not a lunch person so need some ideas.
I will only have a couple of hours to shop and prepare it but want it to be nice.
Anyone have any ideas what I should make. They don't have any restrictions.

Vegetable salad, cheese latkes, baked ziti. Tuna - pasta salad, these are all easy and quick and can be plated nicely too.
