Is this something I can get at a non-Jewish webstite? Or is it specific to frum sheitel sellers. Or can I just get a cheap wig with no bangs and wear it with a headband or will it not lay right? Any ideas of good places to get sheitel bands as well?
But really need advice where I can get inexpensive band fall.

I cant answer your other questions but I will tell you that a band fall is thinner in the front so bands lay flight. I have worn them with shaitels cut into fall and it just doesnt lay as good as a band fall. If you are not particular how it looks than go for it.
