I'm looking for ideas/recipes for healthy breakfast foods that my 15 m.o. can eat on her own. She likes yogurt with fruit, eggs, oatmeal but all those need me to make fresh and feed her. I'd like some ideas of things my older kids can give her to eat by herself (so I can sleep in for a few extra minutes Very Happy )

Make little mini quiches (I did this often with my kids at that age. Cube up steamed veggies and cheese, mix with egg and bake in a muffin tin). You can freeze them then stick one or two in the fridge to defrost overnight so your kids can give her in the morning. Same with oatmeal muffins.

Cheese. Little peices if bread with butter, or cream cheese. If you make scrambled eggs and cut it into peices she can’t eat it herself?

Cold oatmeal. That's quick oats with milk. Add a sweetener or fruit if you want.
It can be microwaved, but it's fine cold.
Either a big bib or a bare chest for easier cleanup.

I make grilled cheese with sliced tomatoes on whole wheat the night before. My kids are weird but they like it cold.
I make ww pancakes or waffles. Put in the freezer and defrost a few at night. With a banana, filling breakfast. I prefer using my waffle maker, no frying or extra oil.
Peanut butter on crackers always popular.
