Did anyone order from Churchill in Lakewood? How's the customer service? And quality of the stuff? Are they pleasant to work with?

Very pleasant to work with.
Quality: depends what you buy. The more you spend, the better the quality (ie real leather sofa vs performance fabric...)

Ordered a bedroom set and had no issues. I have it for almost 2 yrs and I love it.
Unfortunately the custom quilted headboards were another story.... 
Took forever to come, I had to keep chasing them and when it finally came it was the wrong color. Just stuck with it cause I had no patience for them anymore.
