For those of you who have gone back to work while nursing....
How did you introduce the bottle? Did your baby take it well?
Also which feeding do I pump during? I work short hours so I wont have time while I am at work

I started each of my babies on one bottle a day as soon as the BF was established, usually around 1-2 weeks. I would pump just before they were due for a feed and give that milk in a bottle.
As far as when to pump, I have always worked long hours with unpredictable breaks, so I wanted to have an excess supply available. Starting at 2-3 weeks I would pump after each feeding during the day, and combine whatever I got at the end of the day. This increased my supply and gradually I got more and more. You can try to do that as well, and then pump after a few feedings each day at home once you are back at work.
