I cooked the pasta for the sesame noodles- I usually just do the Susie fishbein- soy+sesame oil
sugar. I was tempted to try a new recipe with chili sauce, (the picture looked just like how I have seen it at catered affairs) but after mixing the ingredients together (w/o pasta) that was way to sweet. So decided to go back to the old recipe. I thought I had mixed the oil and soy and sugar , and poured it into the pasta, but then I see that I still have the oil sitting in the cup. Which means I just dumped the soy and sugar in. I added the sesame oil hoping it would mix in, but the flavor is overwhelmingly salty. So I tried melting some sugar and sesame oil and pouring that in (after trying to rinse off the pasta). It is a bit better, but if I play around too much I am sure I will ruin it and of course Shabbos is coming.... Any suggestions. I know if soup is too salty sometimes adding a potato might help- could that work here???

Maybe rinse the noodles in a colander and start the sauce over?
