A lot of my family enjoyed the living Torah museum in boro park. I've never been.

If they're into sports, look into a tour of Yankee Stadium and/or Metlife Stadium.

Finially got back...

I looking for a place that's good for toddlers, but more site seeing for the adults ( as appose to just fun)
No restaurants or malls either

I'd also like to show Hubby Lakewood,Monroe and Skver-but we'd go-and then what?

Walk through central park. Bring a picnic lunch. Go up to the empire state building observatory.
I wouldn't suggest driving to Lakewood, Monroe or Skver unless you had something to do there. Do you have people to visit in any of the places? I heard Skver has people coming for shabbos maybe it's not too late. Woodbury Commons is a nice place to visit and then you can stop at a pizza shop in Monroe but you said you're not interested in malls and I really don't think it's worth a full day trip.
How about you take a Williamsburg tour instead?

I don't know who to reach out to about new square but people say they're big on shabbos hachnasas orchim. I found this number on Google.
