Clothing, socks and undergarments. In israel it's either rediculously priced or horrible quality.
Also certain toiletries.

Having been in Israel 26+ years, my US shopping list has changed enormously. I used to bring back almost everything, and can really appreciate everything Israel has to offer now.
That said, when I'm back in the States, I still stock up on clothes (mostly cheaper stuff like Target and Old Navy), underwear, face scrub, and coffee. Everything else we've figured out how to buy here, with decent enough quality and without breaking the bank.

Not nessesarily. Overprices because of taxes, so it is too in Europe. Quality isn't so bad if you know where to go. I've lived here for 5 years and the only thing I get from the US are boots and shoes, because those are really bad!!!
