Kleenex is too thick and other tissue brands are sometimes attached to each other so it rips on shabbos. Which brands of tissues are ok to flush in the toilet and arent attached? Are shabbos tissues by that company that makes the shabbos lamp good? also tissues that are soft on your skin

Any tissues that are soft for your skin IME are not good for the toilet. Thickness comes from extra ply/more paper and tissues in general are just not good for your plumbing!!
Cut toilet paper weekly. That's what I do. While waiting for the oven to finish or anytime during the week I have a spare few moments I cut- like waiting for the tub to fill for a kids bath. I then store in a ziploc bag so I have for Shabbos.

They're facial tissues. They're not moisturized like Kleenex.

I like Marcal or Scotties, they are not attached. Cheaper than puffs and Kleenex but still soft.

Any tissue is bad for your plumbing and puts you at risk for clogs/back ups (ask any plumber). The only proper solution is to pre cut toilet paper. We just use a sharp knife and slice through the whole roll; takes just a few seconds.

TP is specifically made to fall apart when wet, so that it won’t clog the plumbing. Facial tissue is specifically made to hold together when wet, which is why it’s a plumber’s nightmare. Cut-up TP is the way to go unless you enjoy putting your plumber’s kids through college.
