I freeze mine raw and then bake it. It tastes totally fresh. You can probably do the same if it's totally baked.

sorry taking a break from my cooking and just saw this. Bake it Frozen it defrosts quickly in the oven.

I bake as normal and freeze.
Then 40 minutes in 350 oven and then onto the plata.

I sprinkle some water on the edges of the kugel, then wrap it tightly and bake it. You wouldn't know it was ever frozen...

Miriam I put mine straight from the freezer into the oven at 400/450 uncovered and wait for it to not only get soft and hot, but also for all the extra moisture to leave. I keep tasting it if im unsure. Its done when it tastes fresh (and it does get there). A 9 inch round pan can take a good hour, a 9x13 way more
