I'm looking for a fabulous moist chocolate chip/ cappuccino muffin with a crumb topping. Ideally, I'd like to multiply the recipe and turn it into a cake. Any ideas?

Bais Yaakov Cookbook has an amazing choc chip/cappuccino muffin recipe! Doesn't have a crumb topping but you can probably improvise. Sorry, I don't have the cookbook, so can't write it up.
