Hi I'm having someone fri night, who does not eat wheat. So I don't want to serve gefilte fish... Any good Fri night recipe for a good saucy tilapia fish?
Thanks so much!

I just made a delicious pesto tilapia from the bais Yaakov cookbook 2. It's not saucy but it's delicious and flavorful.
Otherwise, I saw a good looking recipe on my kitchen my studio insta page, with white wine and mushrooms.

3 garlic cubes
4 basil cubes
Olive oil
Lemon juice (fresh is best)
Kosher salt
Sprinkle tilapia with salt. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Smear wig garlic/basil. Bake at 425 for 15 min.
