Any creative ideas for a grandfather's 70th b-day party?

For my father's we had specially made a family tree with all of the immediate family member's names on it (and left extra leaves for more!). We planned a surprise party for him, but being my father he was not surprised at all. He enjoyed the party but the highlight was the revealing of the family tree which he was a bit overwhelmed by and now holds the prominent place on the wall in his living room.

For my grandfather, we made a book with letters from all the children and grandchildren and the cover was a family tree with everyone's names. It came out beautiful.
