I don't live there, but I believe that his choices of Orthodox shuls are Chabad or Am Echad. The frum community there is relatively small, but most of them live near Am Echad, not Chabad. You can get more information at http://www.amechad.org/. Palo Alto has a somewhat larger community, but it's about 20-30 minutes away (not walkable on Shabbos).
