Shaindy is for kids and Blew isnt cheap.

Depending how fancy you want. I have gotten black lacy dresses in Macys for under $100, all you need is a shell. I have gotten similar dresses in dress barn.

Thanks for the answers!
I'm 6 weeks pp and my weight is going down. If I were back to my size, I would make an investment. Money is really short.
To whoever suggested Macy's, I'm tall, and it has to cover my knees. Would I find anything appropriate there?
Maybe I'll just stay home

Most stores are on sale by now. S&w has a sale rack very cheap. Sereka is on sale as well. Try your luck at tj maxx, dressbarn, marshalls, Ann Taylor.

You may have to add. The trimming store has material to make it really easy. Keep that in mind when you try on dresses.

Try asos.com Search midi dress or search for tall dress. It's very hit or miss but I have found nice things! And returning is really easy...

How tall are you? I find at Macy's, and I am tall.

You can use a black skirt and a fancy jacket.
