At what age do Israelis start giving their babies Bamba?

I think it says 9 months on the baby Bamba package but with each child it got earlier Wink

I didn't grow up in Israel but I grew up in a European country where we also had something like bamba and it was very common similar to the bamba is in Israel.
No such thing as peanut allergies or such extensive food allergies there in such a way as I've seen here.........

When they start to crawl around the playground.
I always watch carefully since my father has a peanut allergy.
It's considered a baby food even though babies have choked on it.

I gave mine sometime between 6 and 9 months. I cut them up at first since I didn't feel they were safe otherwise - they melt in the mouth but not immediately.

I started giving them Bamba when they were above one year. With our first child I was cautious and waited a bit longer, but with the younger ones I went straight ahead.

My dr said to give at 6 months to prevent peanut allergies.
