3. Licensed Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW,)
NYS License with Master's Degree Required

Social Worker needed to do assessments and follow up visits for our wards at hospitals , facilities , and some community visits.
Fee-for-Service Position
Make your own schedule as independent contractor (1099)

Working with seniors and people with disabilities and to advocate and ensure their needs are met.

Training and instruction can be provided.

Excellent engagement skills
Ability to work independently and as part of the team
Bilingual- Russian, Spanish, is strongly preferred but not required
Current license and registration are a must and will be verified
