My baby is almost 4 months old BH and I'm starting to struggle a bit. I heard that some of the Beit Hachlamas will take mothers with older infants. Has anyone heard about this and know which Beit Hachalamas offer this? I heard that the Ramada in Jerusalem might, but I can't find any information online.

Why don't you call them and ask?
My sister in Israel had a baby recently, and went to Ramada for first Shabbos after coming home from hospital. She really enjoyed it! She said there was a lady whose preemie just came home (about 2-3 months old), and the mother was bonding with baby at Ramada beit hachlama.

If you have PPD, reach out to Nitza.
You don't have to have PPD to be struggling, though!
Do you have older kids?
Can they go to neighbors in the afternoon to play?
Can you hire a girl to come over and read to them/play games with them so they don't fight, etc. and you get to rest?
If you're overwhelmed by meals, just serve frozen schnitzel (soy/corn/chicken), frozen pizza, pasta and cottage cheese... even sandwiches!
Can you hire someone to help with cleaning?
Are your kids old enough that you can make a mivtza for them to sort laundry/put away toys...?
Hope this was a helpful brainstorm!
Hatzlacha!

Try the one is Telz Stone. I could be off, but I've heard they are also open for women with PPD.
