G'day all!! URGENT help required!!  ) I am in Australia and a girlfriend of mine has just announced her engagement in Manhattan (Lower east side) I want to send her something to celebrate but al the balloon arrangements I have found would cost in excess of $100 US and this is very pricey. Does anyone have any suggestions of where I could order something more reasonable? She also loves red velvet cupcakes so I thought maybe personalised cupcakes may be a cute idea. Any suggestions??
